He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Cornwell (Paul) and Christine Johnson (John Blackwell); his grandchildren, Abby (Jeff), Sarah, Zack (Tiffiany) and Meridith; his great grandchildren, Leah, Caden, Lorelai and Greyson; and his siblings, Brenda Hammer, Sandra Juckel and Michael.
