She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Merchen and Leona Merchen; her husband Alvin Kuper; and her siblings, Marvin Merchen, Joyce Frevert and Rose Marie Kolar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Reader (Paul) of Barrington, IL and Jill Kuper of San Francisco, CA; her granddaughters, Adelaide and Lilian Reader; and her siblings, Alice June Gilsdorf, Fern Nohr, Connie Rentschler and Neal Merchen.
