She was predeceased by: her father Dario Daya; and her brother-in-law Raymund "Mon" Fuentes. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Guzon; her children, Gabbie, Chris and Frankie Guzon; her mother Libertad Daya; her siblings, Lissa Fuentes and Paul Daya (Myra); and her nieces, Samantha, Dani Fuentes and Adrina Daya.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Little City Foundation, 1760 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
