It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Flurry (Barrington, Illinois), born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James E. Flurry; and her children, Gail Lucile (David Johnson), James Emory Jr. (Janis), Mary Beth and Debra Jean. She was also cherished by loving family has grown to include 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
