He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Elizabeth; his parents, Patrick, DC and Ruth McAndrews (Pellegrin); his siblings, Jack (Margaret) of Jerome, DC, David McAndrews (Marilyn), Virginia Clark, DC and Monica Leahy; and his grandson Tommy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Matthew (Beth), Peter (Jennifer), Melissa, Paul (Erin) and Mary, DC; his grandchildren, Mary Ann (Keegan), Kaleigh, Lauren and Caroline; his children, Ryan (Taya), Michael, Jack, Kevin, Kheari, Alexis, Max, Kate, Nick (Madeline), Patrick, Annie Kate, Sean and Nora; his great grandchildren, Reeve, Audrey, Evelyn, Charlotte and Annabelle; and his brother Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
