He is survived by: his wife Joanie; his child Sasha Smith; his grandchild Hollander Fine; his stepchildren, Heather Helms of Johnson City, TN, Kyle Stiverson (Sylvia) of Round Lake, IL, Heidi Green (Correy) of Barrington, IL and Kris Wilmore of Indianapolis, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Dr. Jeremy Jones (Adrian), Kara Vityk (Ivan), Alexis, Cristian Isaias, Casey Bennett and Nikole Carty; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Kennedy and Ezekial; his sisters, Vicki McCormick (Frank), Cathy Clark and Kelly Hamill; and his former wife Joyce Smith.
