With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David E. Dier of Barrington, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard M. Dier and Isabel C. Dier; his brother Joseph Dier (Janice); his siblings-in-law, Walter and Lorry Bedtke; and his nieces and nephews, Walter Bedtke, Jack Bedtke (Cindy), Frank Bedtke (Donna), Tiffany Nation, Karen Bertolozzi, Ken Bertolozzi (Amy) and Chrissy.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Dier; his children, Steven David Dier and Robin Paraskevas; his siblings, Bernard R. Dier and Isabel C. Dier; his great-nephew Brian Bedtke (Amy); his friends, Craig Meadors (Charlotte), James Murray and Wally Marzec (Sue); and also, Joseph Bedtke, Haley Bedtke, Nora Fay Bedtke and Madison Bedtke.
