He was predeceased by: his parents, Mircea Covaliu and Florica Covaliu Bucur. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his son Louis J. Covaliu; his stepson William Edmonds (Jennifer); his siblings, Gheorge Bucur (Eva) and Elena Maxiniuc; and his grandchildren, Athena, Annamarie, Kylie and Dillon.
