It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Bottie Stirber of Barrington, Illinois, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Hanny (Francis Hanny) and Loretta "Laura" Hanny; her husband Arthur Bottie; her siblings, Frank, Bill Hanny and Dorothy Riehl; and her grandson Christopher Anthony Jarney.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Jarney (late Chris), Constance Washnik (late Andy), Art Bottie, Mary Bottie (Jim Austgen) of Illinois, Jeanne and Allison Colasurdo (Raymond Stirber) of New Jersey.
