He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Phegley and Ruby Phegley. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Phegley Baldwin; his daughters, Lucinda (Steven) and Tammy Prost Baldwin (Marc); his siblings, Merle Phegley Las (Marlene), Betty Doiron Prairie (Rocher) and Linda Hern Waterloo (George); his sister-in-law Shirley Phegley Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Scott Holton (Charlotte Pelker), Kristy Young (Kelyn) and Justin Prost (Jordan Griffin); and his great grandchildren, Kade, Kayleigh Sue and Kolby Young. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
