He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Walker Ricks and James Frederick Ricks; and his daughter Jennifer Ann Ricks Jones. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Tillis Ricks; his children, Jason Ricks (Kristine) and Jennifer Douglas (Chris); his grandchildren, Tyler, Melanie, Dylan, Addison, Olivia and Griffin; his siblings, Sylvia Higginbotham and Tim Ricks (Willette); and also Ben Walker (Betty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
