He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover C. and Esther B. Crain (Brandon); his siblings, John Crain and Loveda Robinson; and his children, Danny Crain and Kathy Sue Crain.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Crain of Baldwin, IL; his son David Crain (Angela) of Red Bud, IL; his siblings, Dennis Crain of Glendale, AZ, Belva Birkner of Pinckneyville, IL and Roma Blaise of DuQuoin, IL; and his grandchildren, Jason Crain, Lacey Brammer (Maximilian), Kendra Crain and Colt Crain. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Greater St. Louis Honor Flight.
