He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Hazel D. Kreps (Warren); his children, Cody Kreps and Wendy Kreps; and his grandson Aaron Anderson.
He is survived by: his spouse Phylis A. Hilliard; his daughter Tracey Rivera (Wolf) of Bushnell, IL; his grandchildren, Shyla Beatty (Jonathan), Loralee Kreps, Ian Kreps and Wesley Vaden; and his great grandchildren, Cody Kreps, Erin and Jaiden Beatty.
