She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Ragon and Mary M. Ragon (Emery); and her former husband Richard C. Severns. She is survived by: her daughter Peg Fowler of Abingdon; her grandson Chad Fowler of Avon; her great grandchild Peyton Fowler of Galesburg; and her husband Dick.
