He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fayhee and Maurine Fayhee (Clanin); his wife Gracie Sutton; and his siblings, Donald, Paul and Eloise Coultas.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Fayhee (Kathleen) of Prairie City, Danny Fayhee and Jerry Fayhee (Sandy); his sister Mary Fayhee Askins; his daughter Judy Gordon of Murfreesboro, TN.; and his grandchildren, Marlene Bruner (Jim), Rod Gordon (Julie), Mary Kathleen Lockhard Miller (David), John Fayhee, Brad Fayhee, Scott Fayhee, Chris (Ashley) and Julieann Fayhee. He is also survived by his father and brothers.
Memorials may be made to St. Bernards Catholic Church, Bushnell VFW, and or Wesley Village.
