She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Brookhart and Wilma Brookhart (Daniels); and her sister Karen McCone. She is survived by: her husband Doug Kounse of Avon, IL; her children, Angela Adams (James) of Galesburg, IL, Josh Voorhees (Allison) of Abingdon, IL and Heath Voorhees (Amanda) of Abingdon, IL; and her brother-in-law James McCone of Macomb.
