He is survived by: his wife Linda Athmer of Aviston; his children, Jeremy Athmer (Christina Scott) of Aviston and Kelly Kraeger (Eric) of Breese; his grandchildren, Keegan and Lana Kraeger; his brothers, Joe Athmer of Belleville, Tom Athmer (Shirley) of Albers and Bernie Athmer (Lynn) of Albers; and his siblings-in-law, Ron "Roo" Reed of Ashley, Leonard Beer of Breese, Marilyn Beckmann of Highland, Garry Kalmer (Sharon) of Damiansville, Bev Gebke (Terry) of Bartelso, Mary Kay Langenhorst (Ron) of Germantown, Karen Crist (Mike) of Bartelso, Mike Kalmer of Damiansville, Kevin Kalmer (Ann) of Damiansville, Ken Kalmer, Jerry Beckmann and Dan Seelhoefer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
