He is survived by: his children, Marlo Hoyt (Allen) of Ava and Butch Cheatham (Kimberly) of Ava; his grandchildren, Brandon Hoyt (Ayrielle), Zach Hoyt (Lily), McKenzie, Logan Cheatham, Brock Cheatham and Marco Salvetti; his great grandchildren, Peter Hoyt and Gwen Hoyt; and his sister Barbara Qualls of Joliet, IL..
