He is survived by: his wife Jody Throop of Ava, IL; his children, Morgan Throop, Taylor Throop, Layla Brielle Throop and Dabbin; his stepchildren, Benson, Jessa and Brody; his father Tom; his sister Samantha Haney (Jacob) of Ava, IL; his nephews, Liam and Declan Haney; his grandmother Joy Mottl of Scottsdale, AZ; and his aunts and uncles, Gene Mottl of Bolingbrook, IL, Clay Mottl of Scottsdale, AZ, Heather Mottl of Minooka, IL, David Throop (Rita) of Chester, IL and Linda Fortner (Mike) of Chester, IL.
