With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy A. Pierce of Ava, Illinois, born in Chester, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2020 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Sue Rieckenberg Pierce; and his cousins, Courtney Dawn Rieckenberg and Stacey Ryan. He is survived by: his father John A. Pierce; his wife Jamie Pierce of Ava; his daughters, Abbie Pierce of Ava and Avery Pierce of Ava; his stepmother Jane Pierce of Ava; his siblings, Josh Pierce (Anne) of Ava and Jessica Chancey (William) of Ava; his grandparents, Leroy and Della Mae Rieckenberg of Campbell Hill; his parents-in-law, Dave and Judy Eaton of Steeleville; and his sister-in-law Sherri Buch (Gary) of Steeleville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncle and cousins.
Memorials may be given to a College Fund for his daughters, Elverado High School Girls Basketball Team, or Trico Performing Arts.
