It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Andrew Martin of Ava, Illinois, born in Clovis, California, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Deklan Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Ramsayer and Kathy Ramsayer of Ava; his children, Liam Martin and Rylan Martin; his siblings, Wendi Blythe (Don) of Idaho, Joe Martin (Kelly) of Willisville, IL, Mary Wells (William) of California, Jennifer Booth (Jeff) of Reno, NV and Terry Martin, Jr. of Sacramento, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Kolbie Martin, Leighton Blythe, Alexandria Blythe, Lexi, Luke and Launa Martin.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to Primary Children's Hospital, 100 N. Mario Capecchi Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84113.
