He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Eugene; his daughter Kristy R. Phoenix; and his siblings-in-law, Hal Tweedy and Jamie Phoenix. He is survived by: his mother DeFlain Phoenix (Tope) of Ava; his wife Tammy Ann Tweedy; his daughters, Kassidy Stevenson (Shane) of Elkville and Kaitlyn Phoenix of Ava; his granddaughter Jolene Stevenson of Elkville; his brothers, Bart Phoenix (Dee Dee Archer) and Nathan Phoenix (Susan) of Ava; and his sister-in-law Michelle Tweedy of Murphysboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
