We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Gaila J. Neathery of Ava, Illinois, born in Murphysboro, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gale F. Schuetz and Inez Schuetz (Singleton); and her sister Mary O'Cull. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Neathery of Ava, IL; her children, Doug Neathery (Becky) of Hanceville, AL, Amanda Baugher (Anthony) of Collinsville, IL and Billie Cole of Murphysboro, IL; her grandchildren, Addison, Malachi Neathery, Avery Baugher and Carson Davis; and her sister Susie Grimes of Grand Tower, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Denmark Baptist Church (2262 Pyatt-Cutler Rd, Cutler, IL 62238). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
