He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Frank and Lona Mae Caton (Bell); his wife Mary; his children, Tommy, Louise Jordan and Diane Stein; his grandchildren, Amanda Crane, Dawn Cymone Reichle and Harry C. Hiser III; and his siblings, Susann, Elizabeth, Rosemary, Bertha, Theresa and Walter.
He is survived by: his children, Earline Hiser, Barbara Leyerle, Julie Ann Crane, Mary Ann Caton, Sharon Arnold and Joe Caton; and his sister Irene Groves. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
