He is survived by: his wife Carol Ethington; his parents, Richard Calvin Ethington and Alberta Ethington (Luthy); his siblings, Richard Ethington of Granite City, Roy Ethington of Manassas, Glenn D. Ethington and Alice Gibson of Granite City; his daughter-in-law Sandra Ethington Shipp; his sons, Calvin D. Ethington, Jr., Richard A. Ethington and Donald V. Ethington; and his brother Carl David E. Ethington. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren.
