Qualls, Jr. of Ava, Loretta Qualls of Steeleville and Kathy Carlton (Doug) of Makanda; her grandchildren, Deasha Kernodel (Jordan) and Brandon Carlton; her great grandchildren, Kya and Mason Kernodel; and her siblings, Albert Reiman (Wilma) of Pekin and Helen Modglin (Mike) of Ava.
