She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Charlotte Russell (Fry); her husband Otto G. Neubauer; and her siblings, Jerry Russell, Robert Russell, William Russell, Leon Russell, David Russell, Arlene Simonson, Sheron Eggert and Betty Bolstad.

She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Read (Russell); her grandchild Ravin Read; and her siblings, Daniel Russell (Katy), Hattie "Jane" Harbart and Joanne Jacobson.
