Thomas Rieder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 89, Thomas Rieder of Aurora, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Rieder to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rieder and Viola Rieder (Donnelly); his brother Lowell Reider; his sister-in-law Fran Reider; his sister Cleo Szafranko; his siblings-in-law, Edward Szafranko, Glenda (Pyle), Don Fortman and Gordon Simonsen; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Doris Pyle (Schoonover).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pyle; his children, Gregory Rieder (Toni Piotrowski) of Little Elm, TX and Michelle Rieder of Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Greyson Rieder of Little Elm, TX and Lauren Rieder (Anthony Catalano) of Plano, TX.; and his sister-in-law Mary Jo Simonsen (Pyle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
