We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 90, Sarah Harris of Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sarah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Harris and Edith E. Harris (Rodgers); and her sister Evelyn Byrne. She is survived by: her brother Eric Harris (Barb) of Aurora; and her nephews, Michael Weishap of Asheboro, Mark Weishap (Theresa) of Asheboro, Patrick Weishap of Sarasota, Christopher Harris (Carolee) of Willowbrook and Timothy Harris (Cassie) of Puyallup, Washington..
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Michigan Memorial Park (32163 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
