Sally A. Zepeda Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally A. Zepeda of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Martinez and Mollie Martinez (Tafoya); her son Martin Eugene Zepeda; and her siblings, Max, Fred, Jacob, James, Samuel, William, Robert, Mary, Rosie, Stella, Margaret, Patsy, Katherine and Patrica Tafoya.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Zepeda; her children, John Zepeda, Doreen Schuler (Dan) and Angie Nelson (Scott); her grandchildren, Daniel Schuler (Beth), Jordan Zepeda (Kelsey), Hannah Zepeda, Stephanie Pozzi (Brad) and Melissa Nelson; her great grandchildren, Collin, Sammy and Charlotte Jo; and her siblings, Gloria Fuentez and Joseph Ornelas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Rita of Cascia Catholic Church (750 Old Indian Trail, Aurora, IL 60506).
