He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Thomas McGivney and Kimberly McGivney; his siblings, Madison, Dylan and Riley McGivney; his aunts and uncles, Dr. Randall McGivney (Suzanne), Karen McGivney, Tracey Klein (Steve) and Tracy Trump (Steve); his great-aunt JoAnn Bortle (Jim); and his cousins, Shannon Sanew (Mike), Christine McGivney (Jaime Pardo Palau), Kate Tharp (Brian), Robert McGivney, Rebekah Knobeloch (Roger), Michael Liechti (Isabella), Hannah Koranda (Andrew), Kevin Klein, Megan Kane (Stephen), Brian Klein, Jonathan Goodman (Joy), Ashley Goodman (Shawn McQuiston), Tyrus, Jack, Georgia Sanew, Dylan Tharp, Caleb, Levi, Jude, Elizabeth, Abigail Knobeloch, Ethyn, Payton Goodman, Cameryn Conklin, Isabel, Aiden Rosales and Elliot Goodman.
