He is survived by: his wife Donna Proctor; his siblings-in-law, Martha Proctor, Pete Bensen (Beth), Andy Annes and Diane Annes; his siblings, Bruce Proctor (Margaret), Fred Proctor (Margaret), Alice Stengel (Tom) and Scott Proctor (Lisa); his niece Susan Proctor; his nephews, Clark LaGanke (Lisa), Chris LaGanke (Mindy), Tom Proctor (Mary), Brian Annes (Alexa), Matt Bensen, Kevin Bensen and Dan Bensen (Emily); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christine Proctor, Kelly Proctor, Josh Higgins, Courtney LaGanke, Justin Proctor, Ryan LaGanke (Courtney), Alex La Ganke, Siarra Hollingsworth (Calan), Patrick LaGanke (Falyn), Alyssa Proctor, Sileah Brock (Evan), Matthew LaGanke, Seth Swalve, Matthew Garay, Abbie Trotter (Andrew), Millie LaGanke, Jack Proctor, CJ LaGanke and Axel Annes. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, great great nieces and nephews.
