She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Puterbaugh and Barbara Puterbaugh. She is survived by: her sisters, Cynthia Giles (Duncan) of Naperville and Amy Anderson of Knoxville, TN; her nieces and nephews, Cameron Grzencyzk (Scott), Madeline Giles, Anne Giles, Zack Anderson and Nathan Anderson (Anna); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Wilder Grzencyzk, Aubrey, Caden and Bennett Anderson; and her aunt Jane Kanicki. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
