She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Ortiz and Amy Ortiz; her grandchildren, Kiefer Ortiz and Addison Lent; and her siblings, Jo Ann Nelson, Mike Mudry (Sue), Debbie Gengler (Jeff), David Mudry (Camilla) and Mary Mudry.
