He was predeceased by: his father Donald Miller. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Miller (Knur); his wife Dawn Miller; his children, Zach and Alysa Miller; his brothers, Andrew Miller (late Catherine) and Edward Miller; his mother-in-law Susan Gibbs; and his sisters-in-law, Corine Krueger, Christina and Julia Gibbs. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
