It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Dunley-Walker of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Diehl and Marie Diehl (Shoger); her former husband Jack F. Dunley; her spouse Thomas L. Walker; her brother Gilbert Diehl; and her sister-in-law Donna Diehl.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Colleen Hart, Mark Walker and Peter Walker; her grandchildren, Andrew Emanuele (Michelle), Anthony Emanuele (Shinano), Scott Wilson (Kawthar), Matt Wilson (Paige), Alicia Wilson, Matt Dunley, Lindsay Hess (Mike), Brian Michael Perez (Hannah) and Paige Perez; her great grandchildren, Tanner Emanuele, Avery Emanuele, Sophia Dunley, Donato Emanuele, Iris Emanuele and Margaret Perez; and her nieces, Sara White (Bob), Sue Booth (Robert), Stacy Shute (Steve) and Sandy Turnipseed (Alan). She is also survived by her six children, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three step children, several step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Healy Chapel (332 W Downer Pl, Aurora, IL 60506). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Angels Church (180 S Russell Ave, Aurora, IL 60506).
