He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Diederich and Kathryn Diederich (Nickles); his brother John Diederich; and his sons, Chad Diederich and Cliff Diederich.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Robert Diederich (Denise) and Michael Diederich (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Cole Diederich, Ava Diederich and Austin Diederich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and multiple cousins.
