She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Feltz; her children, Dale Feltz (Lisa) of Bristol, IL, Bonnie Taylor (Scott) of Plano, IL and Lisa Feltz of North Aurora, IL; her grandchildren, Doug, Mitch, Angela Feltz and Corrine Hannigan (Shawn); her daughters, Sarah Grace Taylor, Megan Jurgensen (Kyle), Amy Gauer (Justin) and Rebecca Jackson (Nick); and her caregivers, Brooke and Sonia.
