It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Carol Holt of Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Schmidt and Cleora Meidl. She is survived by: her husband Steven Holt; and her siblings, Patricia Symanietz (Al), Carolyn Veller (Peter), Cheryl Beane (Paul), Cindy Galles (Michael), Bruce Schmidt (Gail), Donald Schmidt (Marla) and Jerry Schmidt (Linda).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Dunn Family Funeral Home (1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL 60543). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you hold your loved ones close and cherish the moments shared, as JoAnn would have wanted.
