He was predeceased by: his parents, Bersabe Lopez and Maria Lopez (Guardado); his brother Jose Marino; and his father-in-law Jose Flores. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz; his son Emiliano; his sisters, Maria Silva (Heliodoro), Elvira Lopez and Abigail Sosa (Antonio); and his mother-in-law Andrea Alanis.
