He was predeceased by: his parents, James Koulos and Anastasia Koulos; his siblings, Theodora, Peter, Lewis and Katherine; and his grandson-in-law Deen Chetupally.
He is survived by: his wife Aspasia Koulos; his children, Anastasia Chiampas (George), Jim Koulos (Jill) and Betty Koulos; his grandchildren, Diamanto, Elias, Alexander (Moli), Melaina, Maria and Katie; and his great grandchildren, George, Warner and Benson.
