She is survived by: her husband Marvin C. Byrd of Aurora, IL; her children, Shaunailia Byrd of Aurora, IL, Ivan Byrd of Elgin, IL, Marva Swanigan of Michigan and Darryl Anthony Byrd of Michigan; her sister Sallye Howard of Thomasville, AL; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Seltzer (Morris) of Macon, GA and Irene Byrd of Bermuda Dunes, CA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Main Baptist Church (814 E Galena Blvd, Aurora, IL 60505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
