He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ellsworth and Marlene Joyce Womack (Hall); and his brother Gary Allen Womack. He is survived by: his wife Martha Womack (Darling); his children, Jason Ellsworth Womack of Aurora, IL, Jill Jeannette Tremulis (Christopher) of Jersey City, NJ and Jeremy Lee Womack (Jaime Smith) of Bolingbrook, IL.; his grandchildren, Benjamin Lee, Gracelyn Ann Womack and Lucas Lee Tremulis; his sister Karen Sue Skinner (Joel) of Sandwich, IL; and his brother-in-law Gerald Edward Darling. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phoenix Club (515 Phoenix Ct, Aurora, IL 60505).
