He was predeceased by: his nephews, Victor and Antonio. He is survived by: his parents, Eustacio Sr. Rios and Francisca Rios (Lazczno); his children, Anissa and Claide; his grandchildren, Mateo and Azaiah; and his siblings, Martha Oaxaca (Victor), Jesus (Maria), Isidro (Gricelda) and Lorenzo.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church (308 High St, Aurora, IL 60505).
