He is survived by: his wife Bernadine "Bernie" Perry; his children, Mary Jo (Kevin) of Skokie, IL, Nathan (Liz) of Warrenville, IL and Leah (Brad) of Shorewood; his son-in-law Nick of Shorewood; his grandchildren, Colin, Cecelia, Stella and Nora; his siblings, Bonnie (Brian) and Thomas of Toledo, OH; his sister-in-law Carolyn; his close friend Ed Jankowski; and his brothers-in-law, Vern and Tim. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
