He is survived by: his mother Dora Salazar (Michelle Adam); his children, Nicholas David Salazar and Teresa Smith Indorato; and his siblings, Victor Salazar (Mary), Vicente Salazar Jr., Debra Salazar (Johnny) and Cynthia Salazar. He is also survived by his Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
