He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Banks and Lewis Banks; his brother Robert "Ernie" Banks; and his nephew Jeff Banks. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Brolley (Richard) and Donald Banks (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Alvis, Trisha Alvis, Kim Banks, Brian Banks, Todd Banks and Cara Banks. He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews.
