He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Forry and Catherine Forry (Simantz); his daughter Mary Catherine Forry; and his significant other Ozzy. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Forry; his sisters, Gail Patten (Forry) and Sandra Clark (Forry); his children, Jason Forry (Clare), Eric Forry (Caroline Globe) and Kristin Estrada; his stepchildren, Rebecca Oller (Heath) and Rick Schneider (Alissa Calomino); and his grandchildren, Izabella, Olivia, Anthony, Gemma and Josephine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Healy Chapel (332 W Downer Pl, Aurora, IL 60506). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
