She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Stella Olavesen, Pamela Royalty, Danny Boy Welter and Sabrina Marie Zacharias. She is survived by: her parents, Melissa Ledesma and Daniel Welter (Hope Ames); her siblings, Bridget White (Jordan Hernandez), Daniel Aiden Welter and Jason Daniel Welter; her stepsiblings, Alexis Benson, Joe Farris and Jackson Welter; and her niece Camila Hernandez (Casey Polka). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated and will be later be distributed to a foundation for Opiate awareness.
