He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Foxall (Gander) and H. "LaVerne" Foxall; his stepparents, Vic Young and Jacki Stephens; and his brother Bill Foxall.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Oakman; his children, Daryll Foxall of Coolidge, AZ, Cindy "Sis" Thomas (Steve) of Colchester, IL, Jim Foxall (Lisa) of Macomb, IL, Jenifer Buckert (Kevin) of Hamilton, IL and Vicki McAlister (Rob) of Palmyra, MO.; his grandchildren, Bronson Royer, Tyler Royer, Andrea Woodward, Nicole Thomas, Ron Foxall, Samantha Webb, Eric, Kyle, Cameron, Rebecca Lux, James "Jimmie" Foxall, Luke, Mary, Paul Buckert, Maddox, Meredith and Micah McAlister; and his siblings, Larry Foxall of Augusta, IL, Ken Foxall (Sarah) of Macomb, IL, Bob Foxall of Quincy, IL, Scott Foxall of Leesburg, FL and Vicki Cannon of Leesburg, FL.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Augusta Children's Park.
